GABOR ESZENYI

I worked on a telecommunication app with around 1.5 million users for a Middle-East client. The primary objective during this project was to quickly deliver new features while keeping the architecture and the codebase clean and maintainable.

I worked on a greenfield fintech project for the world's largest credit card issuer, utilizing cutting-edge technologies. I initially joined the team as a senior developer and after a few months, I became the team lead. My responsibilities included coding for 70% of my time and managing the team for the remaining 30%.

As a lead of the mobile team of 5 people I gained relevant experience in product development in the field of e-commerce. Besides implementing new features and fixing bugs, I was responsible for designing the architecture of the projects, split the new features into smaller tasks and assign them to a teammate, give an estimate and track the progress and give feedback during code reviews. I've learned here how to make outstanding quality apps with a product-centric mindset.

During the time spent here I have been actively involved in more than 15 projects since the very beginning of the development process. In addition, my duties included contacting customers and mentoring new colleagues.
